Questions we always get.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California license #988824, which you can verify through the CSLB website any time. We carry general liability insurance, workers compensation, and commercial auto.
How does payment work?
An initial deposit of no more than $1,000. After that the project is broken into stage payments per task, for example payment after demolition, payment after rough electrical. You pay for work that is already done. Check, Zelle, cash or credit card.
How fast can you come out?
Our goal is on-site either the next day or within 72 hours, depending on where you are. The visit takes 45 minutes to an hour. We bring samples, an iPad with project photos, and answers to your questions.
Do you use subcontractors?
We have our own team of employees for every trade. We rarely use subcontractors, and when we do, they are people we have worked with for 10+ years.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We partner with HFS Financial for credit-based loans, and you can check your rate without affecting your credit score. We can also help with secured options like HELOC, refinance, and reverse mortgage.
What if you find something unexpected mid-project?
With any remodel you cannot see everything until walls are open. We over-communicate every exception we find, involve you in the solution, and get any change agreed in writing before we act on it.
